Oak to Ninth Ave Project
A Commercial Mixed-Use Development
 Oak
to Ninth is a complex 64-acre mixed-use project, including 3100
housing units, retail, parks, marina, and high rise towers. The project
is planned to be built out over the next 15 years under the terms of a
development agreement between the developer and the City of Oakland. Oakland
Harbor Partners, a partnership of
Signature Properties and
Reynolds and Brown, has been
selected as the master developer for the project.

Status
The project is in the permit and planning stages.
It has been the subject of a lawsuit and is currently on hold pending
resolution the legal issues.
When construction proceeds, the project
will be built out over the next 15 years under the terms of
a development agreement between the developer and the City
of Oakland.
